All FAQTS matches are run on standard quizbowl rules, similar to the ones used by NAQT. However, there are no bouncebacks, and we use 12-minute halves. Click here to view full FAQTS rules (PDF).

All of our tournaments use NAQT Invitational sets for questions, providing the best practice for those looking to participate in tournaments such as HSNCT (High School National Championship Tournament). Teams can also qualify for HSNCT at FAQTS events, a significant achievement for any team.
